Changed dress from short sleeve to long sleeve- additionally took 2 inches off of the shoulder strap length, took 5.5 inches off of the hem, and finished the hem with a rolled hem technique.
Brought shoulder straps up 2 inches, then took length off of the bottom and finished in original trim style.
